WE OFFER A RETURNS POLICY IN THE UK.
If for any reason you are not happy with your shirt just return it unworn within 14 days and we will exchange or refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not refund or exchange soiled, marked or crumbled garments - please fold the shirt as best you can.
You simply need to return the shirt to The Shirt Company by neatly placing it back into the original mailing box with all labelling and packaging intact.
Please place the pre-addressed sticky label (printed on your invoice) over the top of the original address label. You will need to pay for postage and please arrange adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting when returning goods to us as we are not responsible for goods lost whilst in transit from customers.
Please note that we are not able to refund the original P&P charge for returns and exchanges unless of course the garment was faulty. We really appreciate your feedback, so if you return a shirt please let us know why it wasn't right for you by completing the enclosed form attached to your invoice.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
FOR ALL ORDERS:
Complete the returns form included in your delivery and insert into the parcel – don’t forget to let us know any feedback you would like to pass on to us.
Insert the garment/s back into the original mail bag, reseal and return to the following address. (Please use the pre-addressed label on your invoice.)
