If for any reason you are not happy with your shirt just return it unworn within 14 days and we will refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you.
We will not refund soiled, marked or worn garments.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange your order for another size or style please follow the returns process as per below and then place a new order online.
You simply need to return the shirt to The Shirt Company by placing it back into the original mailing box with all labelling and packaging intact.
Please place the return address over the top of the original address label.
You will need to pay for postage and please arrange adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting when returning goods to us as we are not responsible for goods lost whilst in transit from customers. UK returns: we recommend using Royal Mail or any reputable UK courier company to return your item/s. International returns: please use your national postal service or any reputable international courier company.
It is not necessary to pay extra postage for Next Day Delivery unless you wish your parcel to arrive next day, and it is not necessary to pay extra for registered post.
Refunds can take up to 5 days to show on your statement.
Please note that we are not able to refund the original delivery charge for returns and exchanges unless the garment was faulty.
Faulty items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund, replacement for the same item/s or repair. Faulty items that have been worn and/ or returned outside of 14 days will be replaced with the same item/s if in stock, or repaired if not in stock.
We really appreciate your feedback, so if you return a shirt please let us know why it wasn't right for you by completing the enclosed form attached to your invoice.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Complete the returns form included in your delivery and insert into the parcel – don’t forget to let us know any feedback you would like to pass on to us.
Insert the garment/s back into the original mail bag, reseal and return to the following address.
Take the parcel to your nearest post office to arrange delivery and remember to get proof of postage.

Please note unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms and conditions for a particular promotional code, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order is placed, or to an existing order that is completed.

We offer our customers the exclusive opportunity to purchase our styles before they arrive in the U.K. Please note once purchased via our ‘Pre Order’ option your payment is processed and your shirt is allocated to you exclusively and under no circumstances are your allocated items made available for purchase to other customers. If you have purchased your items on ‘Pre Order’ please allow for a period of 4 to 8 weeks for your item to arrive. Please read our delivery conditions regarding late or delayed delivery.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall your parcel and make amendments.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure your parcel is delivered to you safe and sound however there can be unexpected delays with Royal Mail, and for our international customers there may be custom related delays which are beyond our control. Please follow the steps below if you are checking on your order and believe it may be lost:
1. Check your shipping address under My Orders
2. Contact or go to the local post office in your area. State your name and address. In some cases the post office will need you to collect the parcel with photo ID.
We try our very best to help you if you think your parcel is lost. Please ensure you read all of our delivery terms and conditions.
All our Shirts are designed for maximum fit and comfort, some customers may prefer to wear them looser than others. Please refer to our guide for body measurements.
