DIRECTOR - DONNA MIDDLETON

Donna Middleton has over 20 years experience in the fashion industry. Originally from New Zealand, Donna studied for her BA at London College of Fashion and New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She has worked for global brands such as Karen Walker, Amanda Wakely, TSE and Whistles, before leaving to set up The Shirt Company. Based in East London, Donna now brings her wealth of experience to the running of the business and designing the beautiful and innovative collections which The Shirt Company has become known for.
 

MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGN - LAURA HORROCKS

With two bachelor degrees under her belt - art and science, Laura is very passionate about creativity and the science of making difficult things look easy. Born in Brisbane, Australia, Laura has lived and worked in New York and Paris, and now resides in London. She is responsible for The Shirt Company's graphic design, branding, and effortlessly ensuring communications are coherent with charm and enthusiasm.

COPYWRITING & SOCIAL MEDIA - SARAH GIBSON 

Sarah completed her MA in Manchester, England, where she studied philosophy. Since then, she's been writing for several start-ups throughout Europe. Now, she works as a film journalist and indulges her (not so guilty) social media pleasures at The Shirt Company. Her favourite things are cats, glossy magazines, and cheese.

FINANCE - ARIANA MORKELIUNIENE

Ariana takes care of all bookkeeping and accounting at The Shirt Company.  Originally from Lithuania, Ariana lives in North London and is an AAT affiliated and a City and Guilds qualified bookkeeper, and Quickbooks extraordinaire.

HEAD OF SECURITY - MONTY

A pure breed Ocicat, Monty possesses the most distinguished heritage of any of The Shirt Company team, not to mention the fluffiest. Having trained at The Royal College of Hunting and Gathering, Monty won’t let anything get in the way of his responsibilities at The Shirt Company – apart from maybe chicken.
